Quick troubleshooting
Common setup issues and the first things to check.
My public booking page is not showing.
- Check that your plan is Pro + Booking.
- Make sure hosted booking is enabled in Settings.
- Confirm your public booking slug is saved.
- Make sure at least one active service or appointment option exists.
Customers cannot choose a time.
- Go to Hours and make sure open hours are saved.
- Check Blocked Times for anything that may be blocking the date.
- Confirm the selected appointment option has a reasonable duration.
- Try another date to confirm availability.
Dental appointment options are duplicated.
- Go to Services.
- Active duplicate options are blocked automatically.
- Use Show inactive to view old inactive duplicates.
- Delete inactive test options if they are no longer needed.
A missed-call SMS did not send.
- Confirm the RuckerConnect phone number is assigned to the business.
- Confirm the forward-to phone is saved correctly.
- Confirm the customer phone number is valid.
- Contact RuckerConnect Support so we can check SMS delivery logs.
- RuckerConnect will also verify SMS compliance and A2P setup if needed.
